General Conditions of Sale
Clause 1 : Prices
1.1- Prices are given in euros, packing or transport costs are not included in
prices. They are payable by Customer and will be given before the latter makes his order.
1.2- All orders notwithstanding their origin must be paid in euros.
1.3- DRAGONSKI reserves the right to change prices at any given moment, but the products will be charged for according to the rate in force at the moment of taking an order, subject to availability at this date.
1.4- Clause of property reservation. Products remain the property of DRAGONSKI until
their complete payment by Customer.
Clause 2 – Order validation
By clicking on the button “Confirm” (“Valider”) after filling out your order form, you declare it accepted fully and without reserve along with the entire present General Conditions of
Sale. Data recorded by DRAGONSKI will serve as a proof for all transactions carried out by our clients.
Clause 3 – Availability
Our offers are valid only when the items are in stock.
Information about our products' availability is given on-line as a rough guide.
Clause 4 – Delivery
The DRAGONSKI company pledges to deliver the ordered items within 30 days starting from the
day of the order. In case the item is not available, the client will be informed as soon as possible and can cancel his order. He can
also either exchange the item or get a refund.
The items will be delivered to the address indicated on the order voucher by the customer. All complaints should be sent to the address given in Clause 8.
The customer should check the general condition of the packaging of the delivered product; in case it is damaged, he undertakes to point it out on the order voucher.
The DRAGONSKI company will be informed within 3 days.
In case the delivered item doesn’t comply with the order, the DRAGONSKI company pledges to exchange the item or to refund the client.
Clause 5 – Payment

The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, CB. DRAGONSKI collaborates with the bank La Poste in order to provide you with a totally secure way of payment. Thus, you can buy and pay safely by your credit card. The SSL 3 (Secure Socket Layer) agreement guarantees total confidentiality of your bank data. |
Clause 6 – Security
Our site is subject to a security system: we have adopted the SSL 3 coding process to protect as effectively as possible all the sensitive data related to the ways of payment.
The transferred information is coded and by no means DRAGONSKI stores or saves its clients’ bank references.
Clause 7 – Right to withdraw
In accordance with the article L-121-16 of Consumer Code, the client has a right to withdraw
the order within 7 clear days.

Clause 9 – Responsibility
The items on offer comply with the French legislation in force and with the standards applicable in France.
Pictures, texts, graphic designs, data and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the items on offer are not contractual.
As a result, DRAGONSKI or its providers do not undertake any responsibility in case of an error or an omission
of data and characteristics of the products in any of these pictures, texts, graphic designs,
or in case of any modification of the products’ characteristics by our suppliers.
Clause 10 – Guarantee
The client will get a contractual guarantee against any possible defection that a product might reveal within a period of 6 months.
The DRAGONSKI company promises to compensate or to exchange at its own expense any product recognized defective within the mentioned period,
the guarantee period including all the necessary time for analysis.
Any failing due to the product's misuse through carelessness or as a result of the client’s mistake is not foreseen in the
guarantee.
Clause 11 – Personal information
DRAGONSKI pledges not to disclose to a third party any of the information that you submit to us without your agreement, as such information is confidential. It will be used only
when treating your order or to reinforce and to personalize our communication, in particular by providing you with our information letter or with personal offers
depending on your interests.
DRAGONSKI bears no responsibility for the use of your personal information passed on to our suppliers.
The present article cannot stop the transfer of the activity to a third party. As a result, in accordance with the Computer Liberties Law of January 6, 1978, you are entitled to access, to rectify or to oppose to any personal data that concerns you.
All you have to do is to request it by e-mail or by post, giving us your name, surname, address and if possible your client reference or your order number.

Clause 12 – Disputes
If on the basis of the present contractual relation a dispute is raised, the parties undertake to come to an amicable agreement before prosecuting with any judicial action.
The parties agree that any dispute stemming from the present contract comes within the sole competence of the courts of GRENOBLE (FRANCE).
